Man has always loved to be adorned.The earliest known jewellery was actually created by Neanderthals living in Europe. Perforated beads made from small seashells have been found dating to 115,000 years ago along the southeast coast of Spain.

In early societies, jewellery was worn as amulets to protect against bad luck an illness. Jewellery later came to denote human connection and commitment. These emotional needs of love and belonging motivated our ancestral creatives to make jewellery that could be worn as a trophy, a symbol of status, or as a deeply personal gift to express something words quite couldn't
